The Eagleston Residence

Another efficient design layout for a house in the coastal community of Fairhope, Alabama, with good natural light and delightful touches.  This plan makes the most of its 2667 square feet of conditioned space and includes a home office and comfortable porches.  Carefully fitted into the compact lot was also a matching detached rear carport and storage structure with additional space for golf cart parking.  (Completed in early 2021)
